Todoroki, an underboss of the underground syndicate "Tsuchigumo", and Arigaya, a detective of the 4th police division, are constantly at each others throats. But although the two are on opposite sides of the law, they're both actually madly in love with one another! Can love even flourish between a Yakuza and a Cop? Arrested Love is a hilarious romcom between two unsuspecting prisoners of love as they navigate their way through the stakeouts and sting operations of a love you would've least expected!
Quick fun, easy to read
Enemies to lovers is a trope, but these two are so far gone in love with each other it's just wholesome. Also a fun way to pick up some yakuza slang.

So much fun
This series is just a blast for some lighthearted fun, but especially if you want a little crime antics thrown in. This comedy of misunderstandings balances being both slapstick and adorable quite well. I would really recommended it if you like the comedy series The Way of the Househusband. I cannot wait for part two!
